Welcome to Vutia Africa Adventure. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or authorized agents.
  • A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • Bookings are only confirmed after receipt of payment and written confirmation from our team.

 

2. Payments

  • A deposit (usually 30%–50%) is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour (usually 30 days prior).
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment, or other approved methods.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing:
    • 30+ days before travel: Partial refund
    • 15–29 days: 50% charge
    • Less than 15 days: No refund
  • Some services (flights, hotels) may have separate cancellation policies.

 

4. Changes & Amendments

  • Changes to bookings are subject to availability.
  • Additional costs may apply for any modifications.
  • We reserve the right to make changes to itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.

 

5. Travel Insurance

  • All clients are strongly advised to have valid travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.

 

6. Health & Safety

  • Clients must ensure they are medically fit for travel and activities such as safaris or mountain climbing.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to obtain necessary vaccinations and follow health guidelines.

 

7. Liability

  • Vutia Africa Adventure is not responsible for loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, or third parties).
  • Clients participate in activities at their own risk.

 

8. Passports, Visas & Documentation

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and required travel documents.
  • We are not liable for denied entry due to incorrect documentation.

 

9. Accommodation & Services

  • Accommodation is subject to availability and may be substituted with similar standards if necessary.
  • We reserve the right to change accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

10. Code of Conduct

  • Clients are expected to respect local cultures, wildlife, and the environment.
  • Any behavior that disrupts the experience of others may result in removal from the tour without refund.

 

11. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
